Default Cavalry pistol for sale

This is indeed a very rare example.
A new Land Pattern pistol made in the Portuguese Army Arsenal, dated 1838.
One of a small quantity distributed to the Oporto Municipal Guard, as marked in the butt, opposite to its rack number.
9" barrel, calibre 17,3 mm, weight 1374 grams.
Price 1 500 Euros.
