Default 19th century knife in Ottoman form (Crete?)

Dimensions:

total lenght: 21 cm
blade: 11 cm
handle: 10 cm

3 rivets with 6 circular ornaments with dots in them
no scabbard unfortunately
according to me they are of Cretan origin ( based upon material I found on the internet) but then again I might be mistaken
