Hello Multumesc,
While I cannot identify the marking on your dagger I must inform you that it is policy to show a photo of the complete item when asking for help with translations and in an instance like this it would also be helpful if you could do the same as it would help to put things in context for later reference.

I can not comment about the blade stamp, but the dagger is a typical Moroccan Koumyya. What does the scabbard decoration look like?
