			Finally got around to getting a nice old koummya and here it is.Wood hilt,covered with brass and silver sheet,ferrule used to  have  yellow and green enamal.Hopefully youll be able to see the london stamp on the ricasso.8.5in long blade,oa:15.25in

	   the width and look of the wood on the handle are just what you are after.  North African weapons are a bit like the sea "water water everywhere but not a drop to drink" I am currently on a search for the very same thing, to build a full compliment of N African knives, real ones seem to be few and far between.
