Default Please Help Identify Spear

Hello again everyone!

I just picked this up and was hoping someone out there can help me identify this piece. Appears to be some type of spear? It measures approx. 74” long. The wood shaft is partially wrapped with metal and a small portion appears to be copper. The blade itself measures approx. 19” long and approx. 4.5” wide at the widest point. Thanks again! Tomahawk

The shaft Looks like Ngandu/Saka while the blade maybe Konda? All tribes from old Congo Africa.
