Default Cavalry pictures.

For those who can hear the thunder and cry of the cavalry charge in the back of their minds, you might find these pictures interesting and if you consentrate very hard you might hear the clatter of hores hoofs. These are from Aldershot the historic home of the British Army a stone throw from where I live. The south gate the left hand guard house is not in the picture, this is now a play school, which is a good thing. Tim

I just thought I might add that the south gate is where the drunk troopers would get back to barracks after a jolly night out in a Victorian garrison town, that is why there is a guard house either side of a smaller gate. Grogg and the lash. Tim
