Default Serbian bichaq? dagger silver

This is my first post and I would like to say hello. I collect mostly Kindzals and other Cyrillic marked weapons but that goes out the window when I like the blade.
This is a very strange dagger I picked up a while ago. It looks Ottoman in style and has RAKOJEVTICH cast into the scabbard. There is a makers mark in Cyrillic VP and an assay stamp of 13 which I think is the quality of the silver I have been trying to nail down what region of the AH empire it was made in. I think Serbia or Bosnia. If anyone has any other guesses or a similar piece with similar markings please let me know I would love to find out what the V P stands for.
