Namibian dagger? Help identify please

Hello all, this is my first post. During my lurking phase I learned much and I am indebted to all of the forum's regular participants.

I recently acquired the dagger and sheath shown in the pictures below. The seller said he thought it was from Namibia, but could not provide any other information. I have searched on the Internet and looked through my various reference books without finding a match.

Any ideas? Thank you very much in advance.
