Translation help needed

Dear Friends!
Knowing that we have some great people here who have helped us many times with translating, I hope I can count on you again.
If someone in able to translate this text, it would be wonderful. I don't know if the text is real, I suppose it was rewrite by someone who didn't know anything about this alphabet.

Hi Wolviex,

I can only read the second line. It says "A victory from god and close conquest, and blessings for the faithful". This is a verse from the quran I think. I cannot read the first line.

Is there any reason you can't read the first line? Is it different alphabet or just the letters are not right?

Its just that the letters are very crooked, but I think they're from the same alphabet.
