Default Some swords from Indonesia

I had these swords for some time and the two Aceh Sikin with Hulu Tumpang and a sword I am not completely sure about if it is from North Java or from Tanimbar. The last one has some nice Pamor and was well preserved as it still is covered in old grease. The sheath needs a small restoration on the tip as it is missing its horn end tip.
Any info on the sword is welcome.

Regards, Martin

Hi Martin,

The foot of the scabbard from the Sunda sword will have looked like the both shown examples from older threads.

Best regards,
Detlef

Would this also be a Sunda sword, and would the term "gobang" be appropriate?

Hello Dave,

Sunda yes, gobang no! It's a nice Sunda pedang/sword but not a gobang.

Regards,
Detlef

Just won a gobang, sadly without scabbard, by a German auction, here some pics.

Yes, I remember this one!
A pity I wasn't the one who bought it.

Best wishes,
Maurice

It's now in a prominent German collection.

Best,
