The lenght IS
2,40 m and 2,36 m.
The blade IS 54cm 47cm.

They look rather like Somali to me. East Africa, Madagascar?

A bit of a guess, but with the blade profile, length of shaft, metal coil to the butt and flattened blade midrib.... I will vote they are from the Ethiopia or Eritrea area.
