I recently bought a group of items that included this arrow. Most of the things were associated with Taiwan indigenous groups (such as an Atayal quiver) but neither the seller nor I could identify this arrow/harpoon.
Taiwan indigenous? From the Phillipines? The basket that holds the metal tip in well done and interesting. Any leads appreciated. |

Don't think it is Filipino - the metal tip is wrong to me.

These are some East African harpoon bits I have. Yours do look most likely Asian.
