Club/mace inquiry

I am looking for examples of maces or war clubs from West Africa and the Sahel. I have read about the Fulani using wooden clubs with a banded metal head, but I dont think I have ever seen one. Do you folks have and photos or written descriptions of these weapons?

Is this the sort of thing you were looking for ? Unfortunately the photo is not perfectly sharp, and I can't get access to the collections at the moment.

I identified it as Fulani in origin because I'd seen a photo of a similar one somewhere ... but I can't remember where !

I have no information other than this thread but it definitely has iron bands on the top.
