Hello,
This set ended on ebay http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1 and it raised some questions for me. The bottom knife looks like a Tiv loop dagger, but the top ones are mysterious. They both look indian, one like a 2-blade haladie and the top one a chillanum? The seller says they may be brass, would that be likely for such weapons? I see that Oriental-Arms won the bid, so perhaps Mr.Yarom could comment on them? Thanks, Emanuel |

Sorry Ariel, but it is not quite true what you write.
Form the top Jamdhar Katari, Haladie and Bishwa. Yes Artzi made a good deal ![]() |

That bottom dagger is a Tiv dagger from Africa and not a Bishwa. Lew |

I've forgot to bid on that
![]() That's true and the haladie I think is Sudanese or syrian, not Indian. |

Well, one out of three is... BAD....
![]() ![]() ![]() I have made a fool of myself. BUT, it was for the benefit of the Newbies, , just to show them not to be afraid!! (that's my ego-saving mechanism speaking) |
