Hi Bandook,
I think Detlef is right. This is probably not one of the various forms of telek. That particular knife has a cruciform (cross-shaped) hilt, thought to derive perhaps from early Christian influences. The Oriental Arms web site has several examples of the telek for comparison. Ian. |
