Just won this one on an auction....

I agree....Kurdish.....and a very nice one IMHO. The scabbard has some design traits of Indian work.

The scabbard is pure Ottoman, it's a very nice Ottoman Kurdish khanjar from Syria or Turkey.
And of course 19th c. It's good because most of the Kurdish daggers are from Iraq and early to mid 20th c. ![]() |
