It is quite possibly the Pattern 1912 Cavalry Officers sword.

The image properties show it was of the palace guards for Tonga. Nuku’Alofa. late king's funeral procession. It is not a British 1912 pattern but more similar to an earlier pattern, likely the British 1897 infantry officer sword.
