yatagan from Balkan, Ottoman period, 19th century
from the 2 blade inscriptions, only 1 has been partially translated
the degraded condition of remaining incriptions, make them illegible

MÂ SHÂ ALLAH either GOD HAS WILLED IT
SOUBHÂN ALLAH either PRAISE THE LORD
religious prayers ... in Arabic, as well as has to be

very nice yatagan, well preserved
