A matter of cultural pride... reliving the days of yester years... me & my friends go out on our full traditional Malay gear with Kerises & Pedangs on certain special occasions. It can be very daunting doing it for the first time... Very anochoinistic when everyone else is in jeans & t-shirts..

When you do not simply collect these heriitage weapons for private display but to be worn with pride as a means of celebrating your culture it adds on a whole new dimension to how you collect & restore these weapons of olden times.
