For catalog lovers (Arts of The Islamic World)
Hi Gentlemen
have a look at this auction catalogue, it's a little bit heavy to load, but I really enjoyed myself throughout, weapons & armours are almost at the end, only prices, especially those at end of auctions (not of the estimations) made me really frightened quality of items proposed were definitively the reason ... I suppose enjoy http://www.sothebys.co.uk/pdf/2010/29956/L10220.pdf à + Dom |

Thanks, it is absolutely amazing. I see what you mean about the prices. Makes me wonder if I could have afforded the catalogue Regards Roy |

Hi Dom,
Thanks for the link. The turn over at the auction was about £ 15.500.000, but rest assured, they don’t keep all the money, and lot 185 was an interesting one. Jens Last edited by Jens Nordlunde; 15th May 2010 at 05:14 PM. |
