Default Help with Armenian (Ottoman) Kindjal/Khanjal/Qama

Hello everyone!
I recently aquired this Armenian kindjal that I believe is from Sivas or Sebastia region. Its late 19th Century. Makers mark has a prominent Armenian M (Մ) on it. Red velvet in between the silver on the sheath. The niello has all but either worn off, or someone "cleaned" it and it was rubbed off. There is a heraldic design on the handle, I am not really sure what family it belongs to.

Does anyone possible have any more information on who the maker is? If there is any way to pinpoint where it came from, who it belonged to? Any information is appreciated.
