Default Moro Kris sold yesterday

This kris was sold yesterday by a German auction for a very interesting price.
length: 56/70,5 cm.
Just for sharing.

Yes, someone did a very good buy!
I like the field repair on the scabbard, it adds character to the nice sword!

I think the ivory pommel presented a problem for buyers outside the EU.

Here in the EU we have enough collectors and also dealers so the price was still surprising for what it went for!

The blade is pretty dark, I wonder if it’s the original stain.

Good possible. The complete kris is in a very good state with only a little bit of TLC it will look beautiful!
