Default what do I have / what is this ?

Anybody knows what this is and where it originates from?
Total lenght is 40 cm and it feels quite heave.
is it a real dagger or just a tourist piece ( and hence my bad luck...)?

I would say a 19.th or 20.th century recreation of a 17.th century european dagger.

I am afraid that, though this may be a good quality reproduction , this is one common modern piece sold as a dagger, short sword , in the wake of things like the lord of the rings.

One Identical or thereabouts found on Amazon as

Fury Gothic Medieval Dagger Mini Sword with Ornate Metal Sheath, 16-Inch

was €50

It is not a question of Luck though

Thnx a lot , bedankt ! My mistake as I thought it was an argentinian piece of the 70ies, but fortunately was lucky to cancel the transaction ( as it was within the legal timeframe to so so…)
Not that it would lead me into bankrupcy but good lesson learned !!!
