Question Shamshir Cartouche Translation Help

Hi !

I was wondering if anyone could help in translation of this Shamshir Cartouche. There is some loss in the gold inlay but it seems readable.

Thanks in advance.

Namaste, Ksbhati
This is a very fine wootz blade... fantastic!!!!
The cartouche reads: "Walaed Shah Abbas", meaning "Reign of Shah Abbas. It most likely refers to the Safavid king Abbas (1587-1629), but the blade is probably 18th Century Safavid, but hard to say without seeing it complete.

Thank you alex. The blade is very high quality and probably early 17th century in my estimate. It has bold and wavy johar.
