Default What kind of wootz is this? Also inscription help

Is this a common wootz pattern for Yatagans? The date on it indicates to be from 1799. Where was this kind of Damascus blade made at the time ? Any ideas ?
Also I couldn’t read the last word in the inscriptions, can anybody help with that? Is it “sahibi Abdi bashi”??
Thanks

It is not wootz, it is pattern welded steel. Can't help you with where it was made. It read, Amal e Mohammad (work of Mohammad), Saahib 'Abdi Baashi (owner 'Abdi Baashi)...

I know what “Baashi-bozuuk” means but when the “Baashi” used by itself it doesn’t mean anything, it simply makes no sense. I tried to look it up and it looks like it’s a common Somalian or African surname but could t figure out why it could mean alone. In Turkish by itself it means “head” but doesn’t have a use next to guy’s name like it is used here.
Can we see what your Yatagan looks like ?
