Default Bj211 can you read this?

I do not mean to impose but you have shown some remarkable talents of translation and I have been trying to figure this on out for a while.If you can help I would greatly apreciate it.I also might impose on you for a few others if you don't mind

This is not Arabic, I don't think Bj211 can assist much.
It looks Thai or Indian......(I may be wrong).

It is on a Tibetan Thanka, But I do not know what language they write in.
