Default vietnamese or philippine sword

Vietnamese or Philippine sword?
Hello everyone
can you help me identify this sword.
it looks like a Vietnamese saber. it measures 78cm long, the blade was engraved decorations ..

I think that it is a Vietnamese saber/guom, the carving on the blade is the givaway IMHO.
