TarTar Blade?

Dear Master, I would like to ask about my sword, It's only blade, found at River, I can't get any information by googling, but someone told it's tartar sword, is it true?

Welcome to the forum. At minimum I think you need to say what river it was found in.

it is not a Tatar blade. and it looks like it was in the river quite short time

looks like a modern production. Can you tell is the blade is forged or cut from the flat sheet of metal?
