Moro Kris with rare shaped blade
Rare to me. I know of two others in existence ( I don't get around much), perhaps there are more residing in other collectors armory, one belongs to Justin and the other to Mabagani. At one point I offered to take it off their hands, but they were not ready to part with it.
I've always wanted one. This past April I was greatly honored when Dave and Lonna S., offered to take it off their display board and trade this one to me for a Borneo sword. Thanks Lonna and Dave. |

1st one I have seen, so thanks so much for posting. Gorgeous piece!
The blade shape does not seem to alter in any way the way the kriss would be used in combat. I have to wonder if this is "influenced" by something else, since this blade type/shape is not typically Moro. |

Beautiful kris. I also have seen at least 2 others (maybe they are the same 2 you have seen) so this makes 3.
