Default Panabas? Opinion, please.

To my amateur eye they do not look like panabases.
What are those?

I think your looking at some type of Burmese or Vietnamese battle chopper. I remember seeing one at the seminar last year in Maryland. Phil Tom may be able to shed some light on them. I just took a look at some of my pics from the seminar and the chopper is sitting on the table with all of the other Vietnamese swords. It was taken at 6 meg so I can't post it on the forum.
