Default Small unusual dagger for identification

Hello, could somebody help ?
The blade measures 6" to the brass ferrule. The damaged bone grip shows a reasonable patina. The rustic blade is single edged, but amazingly has a false edge half way to its tip. The three brass round dots are not topic, but the through the blade. whatever finial and or ferrule it had on the pommel is now missing.
What do you Gentlemen make out of this ?
Thanks in advance
fernando

Default Spanish? Italian?

I have seen similar pieces before and if memory serves it was Italian or Spanish.
