Indian with British influence? or is it a European gun in a party dress? Its lovely, a concealed spike dagger in the ramrod! Very cute idea.
Can you tell us about the 'golden' accents? are they brass, gilded? They look almost like ormalu bronze in the pictures.
Is that an inscription on the barrel mount?

You do not say if you need ID on this but my pick would be Ottoman.
The ramrod is called a SUMA and is carried on the belt.

Can you tell as the measurement of it, is 36 cm or 50 cm
The ramrod I belive is also Greek I have one like yours.
The Greek name of it is harbi

There is no doubt about the origin and I agree with libra - most definitely Greek. This is probably the nicest Greek pistol, if not the nicest pistol as a whole that we have seen posted for discussion in the forum. It is just superb, congratulations!
In Turkish, Greek and Bulgarian the ramrod is called "harbi", which I am assuming is a Turkish word.
