Default Military Kukri, I.C.E or B with initials to scabbard

Im thinking this is a streetside market made indian kukri sold to the troops 1940s 50s. The blades quite niavely made and is stamped ( ive not send this stamp but see another market the dame but no photos!) I.C.E. or possibly B.The scabbard carries 2 initials in gold leaf.
