You are right!! The dreamy-eyed Adonis is sporting a real Ordynka!
The slightly off-line pommel, the "butterfly" scabbard ring plates and the short quillons are identical. Did this sword come from Lvov (Lvuv, Lemberg, Lviv), from the Crimea (Crimean Khanate was one of the origins of Polish-Lithuanian Tatars), or was it local? Another day, another mystery..... |

Did not know that chain maille was being made like this on a for sale basis. Very labor intensive. I'm working on making chain maille now for my Moro armour and it is not cost effective. I guess cost of labor is quite low over there.
