Default Historical Importance

The sale demonstrates that historical value can far outweigh comparitive actual value. Similar houses in different neighborhoods selling for different amounts is another examples of value set by society that relates to this. Noticed this sword did not reach the low estimate, it had providence along with all the bells and whistles.

Is interesting to note that rarer swords owned by important kings such as Mehmet II, Beyuzid II , Faht Ali Shah have brought much money at auction.
