This is Late 18th Century Mughal Dagger (Khanjar) The blade is made up of WOOTZ (Faulad) decorated with new fine quality Koftgari gold wire onlay work.

Whoops. Pradeep, I deleted your other thread on this item, because I thought it was a duplicate. Our Keris Mod, David, advised I deleted the version with more photos.
