NOBILITY BARONG FOR SALE
Up for sale is this wonderful Sulu barong.
The blade is wonderfully laminated and sturdy. On the base of the burled wood hilt are inlaid ivory triangle pieces (some restored) with horn nails holding them in place (some missing pieces have been replaced). Also notice how unique the upper pommel tail is with its carving. The punto/sleeve is silver. This is a very nice nobility piece.
