Default Bosnian bichak

I'm about to buy that knife. It is not the most typical but I'm almost certain that it is a piece from Bosnia. The hilt is verry atractive with horn and beautifull brass work. The minus goes to the blade wich is rather crude with a big 1866 engraved. It is rather thin, also.

Any opinions?

Can anybody identify that big trefoil marking on it?
