Arabic...
The line from the first image is probably the opening line of most of the books of the Qur'an... بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm Which translates - In the name of God; The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Second image is upside down. The line is not familiar to me and I don't read Arabic...only Jawi (which uses Arabic characters) but an Arabic speaker will be able to translate it. Nice golok. |
