Hello,
I believe this is a Circassian kindjal of Syrian origin manufactured in 1930s but I would be grateful for more opinions on this piece. It has rather unusual for a kindjal triangular shaped blade with some original blueing remaining. Тоtal length 39 cm, blade length 28 cm. |

The bottom picture is a number, 1345, which if a hijri date would be 1926 or 1927.

Yes. These are Syrian. This type of heavily fullered blades can be made in various styles, including short, double edged. Shibriya, Khanjar style etc.
This particular qama is fully made in Syria. |
