Default Question about Thai(?) sword

I noticed an example that Puff posted when he was illustrating various utilitarian knives and commented that they were inspired from earlier Ayutthaya design. The example I noticed had a similar handle shape and made me wonder about my example, which I had originally thought to be Burmese. Then, we had the post with many wonderful examples of Thai sword and there was an example in that grouping with a similar style handle. Therefore, I am posting this example for comment to see if I am indeed seeing similarities. It is much larger in person than it looks in the pictures and may be a cut down sword as opposed to an oversized chopper knife.
