Some time ago this dagger was offered in ebay for a high price and so it wasn't sold. I think the pictures are worth to be shown here. I think it's some sort of a very unusual gunong but I can be wrong.

Well the okir work looks Maranao to me. The shape does not look like anything that was done in antiquity. Looks like a recently made piece to me. Interesting though to see how the old is morphing into new forms. I also like the way the okir was applied to the blade form.

The age I would agree can go back to WWII at the earliest, but for me no earlier. Recent to me is WWII and up. I might even say it could be 1950s.
