Another Luzon Knife
Well, here's another nice Luzon knife I just acquired as part of a trade. Horn grip with brass fittings and brass wire wrapping still attached. What is really interesting is that this piece shows both Spanish and Visayan influences in its design. There is also what looks like an F
 engraved in the blade. All comments are more than welcome.Total length = 15-5/8 inches Blade length = 11-7/8 inches Blade at widest point = 1-1/8 inch Blade at thickest = just shy of 1/4 inch Robert |

Nice piece. Unique. Good that the hilt is complete - most of the time the wire in the groves are missing or broken. Congrats.

Hello Jose and thank you for your reply. What do you make of the marking on the blade, do you think it is possibly the owners initial, is it even a letter or is it something else altogether?
