Default Show us your Favorite Kitchen Knife :)
On the verge of duplicating my last thread on ethnographic kitchen knives...

I was thinking it might be interesting to post pictures & stats on your favorite kitchen knife...

I have to take some pictures of mine...my two favorite are a Thai Kiwi brand knife...cheap..and very sharp




.....and a Tramontina professional series chef knife with Brazilian steel.
