beware before you pay

Dear forum members,

beware before you pay °!°
I say this without screaming or shouting.
I can only hope that nobody of the other forum members has been a victim in the past or will become a victim in the near future of one of the other members and letting you pay for an item and then refuse of sending it to you.
I still hope this matter can be resolved in a civilized manner.
