Middle Asian (?) dagger for identification - Ethnographic Arms & Armour

I with my limited knowledge in this area I guess that it is from the Middle East, Persian maybe and I also think that it is possible that the blade is from wootz. I am sure that we have members here who will be able to tell us more about this nice dagger! So, like always, all comments are very welcome! Attached Images
