yes, it is an Indonesian blade , generally defined as Batik or Badek , your example appears to have a parrot hilt or perhaps a cockatoo. Your example doesn't strike me as a particularly remarkable specimen, nevertheless some people would place them in their collection. Used by the Bugis or Mankassar people of Sulawesi
