I think it's a Turkish yataghan with a French blade (bayonette)...

The hilt form looks like some Bosnian bichag/dagger hilt forms.

Is the blade definitely French, with French markings on the spine? There were quite a few yataghan bladed bayonets in the second half of the 19th century, including on Martini-Henry rifles used by the Ottoman army.
