Balkan knife

Time to get rid of the stuff I have not looked at in two years, first up is this knife with original fish skin (?) covered scabbard; it's big and beautiful, 27 cm blade, 39.5cm over all. I think I figured out where it came from when I got it, but have since forgotten.
Has an excellent temper line, ideal for letting people know the Japanese were not the only ones to use that heat treating technique

It is missing one cell on the handle, and the scabbard cover is suffering from thread rot; that could be restored tho.
$350, plus shipping?
