curved dagger with slots in the blade

blue lander Member Join Date: Nov 2013 Posts: 456	curved dagger with slots in the blade Does anybody have any idea where this thing might have originated? I think the pommel came from a European military sabre, the hole in the mouth being for the knuckle bow. The recycled European bits and the curved blade makes me think it's North African. Attached Images
